Donco is a growing full service concrete contractor located in Springfield, Missouri. We are looking for quality skilled tradesmen who are career oriented, dependable, hard working, committed to excellence and take pride in their work. We would like to employ tradesmen who are looking for a career and not just a job. Advancement potential is available for those who meet the requirements including supervisory experience.
We run composite crews and prefer union affiliated applicants. We consider non-union applicants provided the experience and skill levels meet our job need. We are a drug free workplace. Pre-employment drug screenings are required and on-going random drug testing is conducted on a quarterly basis.
If you have complex site work experience, experience with wall forming systems, walk behind finishing machines, rider finishing machines and can hand finish, we would like for you to apply with us.
